About Me

Over my lifetime I have watched technology progress from Commodore 64 computers and Atari game stations through the internet’s rise to the evolution of the now-indispensable smart phones. The possibility within the world of technology fascinates me; it is a world that is limited only by the number and pace of ideas contributing to it. After a career in health care, I have leaped into this world of creativity and infinite potential.

I have graduated from the University of Denver’s Web Development program and am furthering my education with online courses. I have now learned HTML5, Bootstrap 4, CSS3, Sass, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, Express, SQL, Sequelize, MongoDB, and React. While all web development career paths appeal to me, I target a front-end web developer role where my strengths in motivation, diligence, and creativity can shine amongst a web development team.
